Am back with another leave management system, obviously free version..there are paid version also but free version will do all the basic things...

Things you require...

I'll guide you for local...web version will also be same except xampp portion.
Lets start:

Download & install xampp server...
download orangehrm & extract the zip file to \xampp\htdocs\
if you are installing with default setting it should be c:\xampp\htdocs\

now open browser & open http;//localhost/phpmyadmin & create new user with all rights & remember the login credentials

now open new tab & open http://localhost/orangehrm
user mysql credential which we have create in phpmyadmin...
wait for process to complete...

In this tutorial I'll explain how to clean the white rusty tap with old toothbrush & toilet cleaner..

First of all be careful while handling toilet cleaner...I am using Indian product "Harpik".

Take little toilet cleaner in toothbrush & start applying on tap & start brushing slowing...
cover all the area & use extra where more rust. then leave it for 10-15 mins & brush gently again & wash with water.

now open camera & maximized the zoom & put the picture or text near to the camera, tap screen to focus the target...voila you are using your smartphone as magnifying glass...

Now, this is quite tricky one. Check the screen shot of my website below to understand the process. I have checked this trick of emulation in IE, Chrome, Opera & firefox...All are working without any problem...

The Tricky portion is you have to change the size of the browser to get the effect.

Here how:-

Desktop version (Maximized Window)

Tab Version (More than half screen)

Mobile Version (1/4th of Maximized)

So conclusion is if you change the browser window size you'll get the different device emulation !!!

How to increase battery life in android Device!!!!

First of all yo need to root your android device to achieve this...google it for your device to root.

Now install link2sd app...allow root permissions.....

Now freeze at least google play services app & other unwanted apps to reduce the ram usage & save battery also.

Like I freeze these apps & got 2 days battery life with normal usage (1.5-2 hrs calling, 1-2 hrs wifi on, 1-2 hrs mobile data on etc.)
frozen apps - Google play services, Facebook, hangouts, google music, google movies, OTA update, & other mobile specific unwanted apps.
After freezing you can use your phone normally & get the battery life increased. If you need that app to work just unfreeze that...
